what really interferes. While you can’t turn your brain off, you can make it
work with you. Try the 60/40 principle from military training: When you get so
tired that you feel you can’t continue, your body is at 60 percent of what it
can do. Tell yourself you can do 40 percent more. This forces your mind to
concentrate on what you can accomplish rather than what you think you can’t.

taking care of where you end up.
