Good morning readers, welcome back to my blog. Yesterday I
shared how not to waste money on tech, before we go to the next post I think
this post will be special because two experts will give you recommendations
about to help you start the day right. Do you want to know more? Let’s check it
out!
To provide focus for the entire day, Mook, resident
instructor at NYC meditation studio MNDFL, recommends picking a goal, or
“intention,” first thing. After waking up, “sit in bed quietly,” she says,
“state the intention in your mind, and hold it as you take three breaths.”
Then, every time you switch activities, “reiterate the intention once.”
To “open yourself up to the day,” Saidman Yee, founder of
Yoga Shanti studios, recommends a stretch called “apple picking.” With legs
hip width apart, reach arms straight up. Then, “bending the left knee slightly
and hiking up the left hip,” stretch your right arm as if for “an out of reach
apple.” Perform the same motion with your right leg and left arm. Repeat three
times on each side.
So, that's it recommendations about to help you start the day
right. See you in the next post, thank you for reading.
